We want to help as many of these small businesses shine during these dark times. Whether you are looking for a new online fitness class, something to keep the kids entertained or a gift to send to a loved one that's unique, we have complied a list of some of our favourites here. McTavish Collection - Jewellery Brand
Rachel McTavish, a TV newsreader and awards host, started this company back in 2008, selling beautiful and unique pieces of jewellery. Rachel started the company as she was finding it increasingly difficult to buy different, yet stylish, jewellery to wear on screen. With a strong family background in fashion & retail, the brand has grown bigger and now sells accessories too. All products are very reasonably priced, and the perfect gift to send a loved one during times of hardship to let them know you are thinking of them.

YogaWithVickiBFree - Online Yoga Classes
Vicki, Founder and Yogi of YogaWithVickiB,has introduced a free one hour online beginners yoga class – running every Tuesday 7-8pm to encourage those that have been putting off starting yoga to ‘give yoga a go’. “I felt it important, now more than ever, to continue to provide a space where those that have not practiced before, or those that need the provision of a free class, are able to join in a group, teacher-led yoga class,” said Vicki.
Two new attendees commented:
“I'm a beginner at yoga and doing a class remotely via Zoom with Vicki was just like having her in the room with me. I really enjoyed the lesson and can't wait for the next one!” Carole
“During the lockdown, Vicki has taken her classes online, and I just had a fantastic session. Vicki is a brilliant teacher, and her knowledge and expertise shines through even remotely. Recommended!”Natalie
