Each quarter we launch our Rewards Programme so that every penny you spend in the quarter gets you a VIP only bag or gift sent when you spend £650 or £300 in a quarter.
You can join any time in the quarter by reserving what you want for £5. We track spend in the quarter & when you reach the spend we send your reserved gift.

Continue. Preloved is an opportunity for you to spread joy amongst the community by selling your previous purchases, so someone else can love them as much as you once did. You can sell whenever you want on the platform and turn your SHwardrobe into gift vouchers to purchase new Sarah Haran products. Linked to your Sarah Haran account, you will be able to see all your purchases in your digital wardrobe and upload purchases made elsewhere.

Style Consultation
As a VIP we are keen to assist you in making the right choices for the bags and accessories that you purchase with us.
Our team are experienced in both style & colour, and are trained by the London College of Style. We would be delighted to assist you.
You can pick from a full Style consultation or a Handbag Style session which is complimentary. Either session are hosted at Joy HQ or online via zoom.
As a VIP we will also gift you a 25% off the cost of the consultation!
