What does a brand ambassador do?
A Sarah Haran brand ambassador will spread the message of joy among potential new customers by:
- Attending relevant local events and creating your own events.
- Promoting the brand on your social media platforms and among your network.
- Earn as you spread joy - commission and complimentary handbags!
- Help the brand build a network of potential customers and to encourage them to engage in Sarah Haran content; by signing up to emails, Facebook and Instagram groups.
What is expected of a brand ambassador?
- Regularly use Sarah Haran products in everyday life.
- Communicate naturally about the combination of beauty and functionality of the products and point out features and benefits in order to recommend them to others.
- Feel comfortable recommending Sarah Haran products on the basis of your personal experience as well as a result of your training.
- Understand the importance of maintaining brand values and consistency (imagery and text) in any email or social media communication with customers.
- Confirm that you will not apply any pressure to customers. They may not purchase immediately but when they are ready to buy a bag they will think of Sarah Haran bags.
- Only offer discounts or incentives to customers in line with those running at any given point on the Sarah Haran website and in official Sarah Haran communication (email, social media)
- Work flexibly, choosing your own hours and your own place of work
What support will I have?
You will not be on your own!
We will give you full training about our brand and how to communicate the concept, the benefits and what makes the brand so unique.
There will be social media training on Facebook and instagram to ensure that your posts are effective and reflect Sarah Haran brand values.
Initially there is no need to invest in a set of samples - for the first 3 months we will provide a start up kit to get you kicked off.
Over time you will be able to create your own collection to promote the bags your customers love and will be able to purchase from our range with 25% off!*
